We can design any type of plan, whether it be a 401(k) plan or a defined benefit plan, as well as include any type of plan provision allowed by law. Many so-called Third Party Administrative (TPA) firms do not have the expertise or flexibility to service or design a plan tailored to your needs or the needs of your client.  Most TPA firms today ONLY service 401(k) type plans and ONLY service 401(k) type plans that “fit” into their prototype “fill in the box” documents.
