Plan Participant

Internet Access:

As a participant in a daily valued plan serviced by BEON Retirement, you can access your individual account information as well as change your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through BEON Retirement Participant Account Web Access System.

In order to access your account via the BEON Retirement Participant Account Web Access System you must first know your User ID and your Password.  You then navigate to www.ktadminonline.com and you will be connected to BEON Retirement online web-site introductory page where you will enter your User ID and Password.  At this point you then hit the Go To My Account button.  Once you have reached this point, the Web Access System menu will provide you with steps to take to find out MORE.

Information available:

  • Account Summary - Source Balances, Investment Balances, Investment Elections, Personal Information, Loan Information, Industry Standard Investment Performance, Transaction History

  • Account Update – Change Address, Change Beneficiary, Change Deposit Elections, Realign Balances, Transfer Balances, Change your PIN, Change your User ID

  • Personal Performance – Run an Account Statement for the period of your choosing, View Individual Investment Performance for your specific Account

  • Planning & Advice - Project Future Balances

  • Questions - e-mail questions or concerns regarding administration or plan investments

 

Telephone Access:

As a participant in a daily valued plan serviced by BEON Retirement, you can access your individual account information as well as change your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through BEON Retirement Telephone Access System.

In order to access your account via BEON Retirement Telephone Access System line you must first know your social security number and your personal identification number (PIN).  You then dial 1-877-910-4015.  The account information system will greet you and ask you to enter your social security number followed by the # key.  The account access information will then ask you to enter your PIN followed by the # key. At this point the system will greet you and tell you the total value of your account at that time.  Once you have reached this point, the telephone access system will provide you with detailed directions and steps to take to find out MORE. For a Telephone Access menu overview, please click here.

Information available:

  • Detailed Balance Information - Total Balances by Source and by Fund given by units/price/market value, Total Vested Balances, Project Future Balances, Total Contributions by Source

  • Account Administration - Change Deposit Elections, Change your PIN

  • Fund Transfers – Realign Balances

  • Loan Information - Outstanding Loan Principal

  • Review Requests submitted but not yet processed
